Key Advantages

● Defined Retention For Each Instrument Set

Molded dividers, removable rails, silicone holders, or custom inserts place each instrument according to the procedure list. The tools stay separated during handling and transport instead of striking the lid, case wall, or adjacent instruments.

● Cleanable Interior Geometry

Rounded corners, controlled gaps, removable inserts, and accessible interior surfaces leave fewer areas for debris to collect. The case can be opened for wiping or processed according to the selected material and intended reprocessing method.

● Secure Stacking And Closure

Stacking ribs, lid overlap, hinge geometry, and latch engagement work as one closure system. The cases stay aligned on shelves, carts, and during transport, while the lid remains closed without excessive opening force.

Customization Process

01/

Instrument Set Review

Confirm the instrument dimensions, required capacity, and reprocessing method.

02/

Layout Definition

Set the holder positions, lid clearance, and selected material.

03/

Tool Development

Build the molds for the case and approved internal holders or inserts.

04/

Sample Loading Check: Verify instrument retention, removal access, and case closure.

05/

Process Validation

Evaluate the sample under the specified cleaning, transport, or sterilization condition.

06/

Approved Set Release

Establish the accepted instrument layout and reference sample as the production standard.

Quality Control

● Instrument Fit Inspection

Holder spacing, instrument retention, and lid clearance are checked with the approved instrument set.

● Material And Cycle Verification

The material lot is verified, and samples from the specified cycle are checked for warpage and loss of retention.

● Closure And Set Inspection

Before packing, inspection confirms latch and hinge function and the correct holder or insert set.

FAQ

Q1: What is the starting MOQ for a custom Dental Instrument Case?

A1: The starting quantity is one standard container. The number of cases depends on case dimensions, nesting arrangement, and the selected insert set.

Q2: What are the payment terms for a custom case project?

A2: The tooling fee is paid in advance, followed by the product deposit. For EXW or FOB orders, the balance is due after the container is loaded and sealed. For CIF orders, it is due before release of the bill of lading.

Q3: Can every plastic case be autoclaved?

A3: No. Autoclave use requires a resin, rail material, wall design, vent pattern, latch, and hinge specified for the sterilization temperature and cycle count. The final loaded case must be validated in the customer's process.

Q4: Does the case itself provide a sterile barrier?

A4: No. An instrument case or cassette organizes and protects instruments during processing and handling. A sterile barrier must come from a separately validated pouch, wrap, container, or packaging system.
