Key Features

● Material Selection By Vehicle Location

PP and ABS are used for many interior panels and storage parts. PC/ABS suits applications with impact and surface requirements; PBT and PA are used near heat or electrical systems; POM is used in moving mechanisms; ASA and other weatherable grades suit exterior parts. Choosing the resin by installation zone helps prevent deformation, cracking, wear, and surface degradation.

● Integrated Assembly Features

Ribs, bosses, snap fits, clips, hinges, gasket seats, cable guides, inserts, and locating pins can be molded directly into the part. These features reduce separate hardware and keep mounting, routing, sealing, and alignment consistent with the approved design.

● Tooling Range For Small And Large Components

In-house mold preparation and injection machines from 60T to 1200T cover small clips and precision housings as well as larger panels and covers. The tool and press are matched to the part to control filling, surface appearance, dimensional repeatability, and cycle stability at the required production volume.

Customization Process

01/

Requirement Confirmation

Confirm the application, mating parts, and material or surface requirement for each component.

02/

Engineering Review

Review wall and rib design, clips or inserts, and access for assembly and ejection.

03/

Mold Design And Manufacturing

Develop the mold layout and moving structures around the approved part and production volume.

04/

Trial Molding And Sample Approval

Approve dimensions, mating fit, assembly function, and the specified surface operation on samples.

05/

Production And Inspection

Control material, critical dimensions, molded features, and secondary operations in each lot.

06/

Packing And Delivery

Protect surfaces and clips, separate part numbers, and consolidate kits under the approved packing plan.

Quality Control

● Project-Specific Control Plan

The control plan is prepared from the drawing, approved sample, and intended vehicle location. It lists the critical dimensions, appearance zones, material requirements, assembly checks, and sampling frequency.

● First-Article And In-Process Checks

The first molded parts are measured before production is released. During the run, operators and inspectors monitor cavity output, dimensions, color, surface, clip condition, insert position, and secondary operations.

● Final Inspection And Traceability

Finished parts are checked before packing. Lot labels and quantities are verified, inspection records are retained, and third-party inspection can be accepted when it is specified in the order.

FAQ

Q1: What is the standard MOQ?

A1: The standard MOQ is one full-container order. Different part numbers can be consolidated only when each mold, material, color, and production run meets the minimum processing requirement.

Q2: Which shipping terms are supported?

A2: Supported shipping terms are EXW, FOB, and CIF. Before shipment, the order confirms carton dimensions, protective packaging, pallet or loose loading, and any consolidation of different part numbers.

Q3: Can several related components be developed under one vehicle project?

A3: Yes. Each component keeps its own drawing, mold, material, inspection criteria, and approval sample. The tooling schedule, assembly checks, packaging, and shipment can still be coordinated as one vehicle program.

Q4: Can you manufacture from physical samples when drawings are unavailable?

A4: Yes. A physical sample can be scanned and measured to prepare a production drawing. Mating parts and functional requirements are still needed to confirm hidden interfaces, clip engagement, movement, gaps, and material performance.
