Key Advantages
● Non-Porous PP Or ABS Surface
The molded plastic surface does not absorb bathroom moisture. It can be wiped after splash exposure and repeated wet cleaning without the swelling or delamination found in seats made with absorbent core materials.
● One-Piece Molded Load Path
The seat ring, hinge bosses, and bumper areas are formed as one molded structure with continuous wall transitions. Loads from sitting and side movement pass through the ring rather than being concentrated at separate bonded joints.
● Defined Bowl Contact And Mounting
Mounting points and bumpers create fixed contact positions on the ceramic bowl. Support at the hinge and bumper locations reduces rocking and helps keep the seat ring centered over the opening.

Customization Options
Round seats can be developed around a reference size of 422 x 373 mm. Elongated formats commonly measure about 473 x 359-373 mm. A 140 mm mounting-hole center distance is common but not universal, so the final outline, opening, and fixing geometry must follow the approved bowl drawing or physical sample.
PP or ABS is selected according to the required stiffness, surface feel, and product position. The hinge can use top or bottom fixing, standard closing, soft closing, or quick release. Bumper positions are adjusted to give stable contact with the specified bowl.
The seat can be molded in white or an approved custom color with a gloss, matte, or textured finish. Logo marking, hardware color, accessory kits, retail packaging, and an antimicrobial additive can be included when these items are defined and validated in the project specification.
Customization Process
Requirement Confirmation
Provide the bowl drawing or sample, required seat dimensions, hinge type, customization details, and order quantity.
Product Solution
Review the supplied data to select the material, seat structure, mounting system, and tooling approach.
Quotation Confirmation
Confirm the final specification, project cost, MOQ, and delivery schedule before development starts.
Sample Development
Prepare the sample with existing tooling or a new mold and apply the approved color, finish, hardware, and branding.
Sample Approval
Check dimensions, appearance, bowl fit, hinge movement, and closing function. The approved sample becomes the production reference.
Production And Delivery
Complete production, packing, and shipment under the confirmed terms, and supply the agreed delivery documents.
Quality Control
The seat outline, mounting-hole spacing, bumper contact, and hinge movement are checked with the approved fixture or bowl sample. Specified load and operating-cycle requirements are also verified. Assemblies with warpage, unstable mounting, or incomplete closure are rejected. Every finished seat is inspected before packing, and third-party inspection is available.
FAQ
Q1: How long does development take for a new custom seat?
A1: Custom mold and sample development generally takes 40-60 days after approval of the bowl data, hinge system, and seat drawing.
Q2: Which shipping terms are supported?
A2: EXW, FOB, and CIF terms are supported. The selected term sets the delivery point, freight responsibility, and document release arrangement.
Q3: Is a 140 mm mounting-hole distance universal?
A3: No. A 140 mm center distance is common in several markets, but it is not universal. Final mounting geometry is based on the actual bowl drawing or sample.
Q4: How should a toilet seat be measured?
A4: Measure from the mounting-hole centerline to the front edge, then record the maximum width, inner opening, and bumper contact positions.
